Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients:

Cake:
– 2 medium eggs
– 1 stick of butter
– 1 ½ cups of flour
– 1 cup of milk
– 1 cup of packed brown sugar
– ½ cup of white sugar
– 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla



Icing:
– 1 ½ cups of powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
– 1 tablespoons of butter
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla



Directions:

Cake:
– Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
– Mix all of the ingredients together.
– Grease and flour a suitably sized pan.
– Spread the mixture into the pan.
– Bake for 25-30 minutes.



Icing:

– Mix all of the ingredients together well.
– While the cake is still warm, spread the icing over top of the cake and allow to cool before serving.
